Human writing, visible live

WATCH WRITERS WRITE. LIVE.

Publishing has a trust problem. In an AI age, GAWP® gives writers a live, visible way to show their creative process, build reader trust and earn recurring income.

Readers can watch stories take shape, follow writers they believe in and subscribe directly to support the work.

01 / For writers

Create a channel around the work itself.

GAWP® lets writers share the decisions, revisions, false starts and judgement behind the finished work, while building a direct audience and recurring monthly income.

Create

Open your own writer channel

Give your writing a permanent home where people can follow your work and return for new live sessions.

Show

Make the process visible

Let readers witness a real draft taking shape rather than only seeing the polished result.

Earn

Build recurring monthly income

Choose a free channel or set a recurring monthly subscription and earn from the audience that gathers around your work.

Trust

Offer evidence of human work

Not an AI detector. Not a test. A voluntary, visible record of genuine creative process.

02 / Writer income

Turn readers into recurring subscribers.

Your GAWP® channel can be free or paid. Set a recurring monthly subscription and give paying gawpers access to the writing sessions and work you choose to share.

Your channel. Your model.

  • Create a completely free writer channel
  • Charge a recurring monthly subscription
  • Choose what work and windows you share
  • Subscribers are emailed the second you go live
  • Receive first-party reader data where subscribers opt in to share their email address

Writers keep 80%

GAWP® keeps 20% of subscription revenue. Streaming is free, so writers do not pay to create a channel or go live.

Your desk becomes the stage.

Writers create channels and choose what to share. Gawpers discover those channels, watch for free or subscribe for continued access.

1

Create your writer channel

Visit stream.gawplive.com, add your name, genre and project, then decide whether your channel is free or subscription-based.

2

Choose what to share

Select a document, browser window or writing app. Your desktop does not need to be exposed.

3

Go live and grow

Draft, revise, research or run a writing sprint while gawpers watch, subscribe and return.

4

Watch or subscribe

Gawpers can follow free channels or pay monthly for the access each writer chooses to offer.

AI detection asks whether writing looks human. GAWP® lets people witness the human work behind it.
06 / Founding writers

Help define a new kind of writing platform.

GAWP® is inviting its first group of writers to create channels, test live writing, build early subscriber communities and show the publishing industry what transparent human creativity can look like.

You do not need to be famous, traditionally published or comfortable on camera. There is no camera.

07 / FAQs

Sensible questions.

How do writers make money?

You can set a recurring monthly subscription for your channel. Subscribers pay for continued access to the sessions and material you decide to make available to them.

How much does GAWP® keep?

GAWP® keeps 20% of subscription revenue. Writers keep 80%. Creating a channel and streaming are free.

Does my channel have to be paid?

No. No. You can create either a free channel or a paid channel.

What does a subscriber receive?

That depends on the writer’s channel. A subscription may include live writing sessions, subscriber-only streams, early excerpts, project updates or other access chosen by the writer.

How do subscribers know when a writer goes live?

Subscribers are automatically alerted by email the second the writer starts a live session.

Do writers receive subscriber contact details?

Writers receive first-party reader data where the subscriber has actively opted in to share their email address.

Can I watch without subscribing?

Yes. Writers can offer free channels and free sessions. Paid access is optional and set by the individual writer.

Do I have to show my entire manuscript?

No. You decide what appears. You might work on a single scene, an excerpt, notes, research or a separate writing exercise.

Is a camera required?

No. GAWP® was built around screen sharing. The writing is the focus, not the writer performing for a camera.

Is GAWP® against every use of technology?

No. The principle is transparency and human authorship. Writers use spelling tools, accessibility software, research databases and editorial support. The important question is who is making the creative decisions and writing the work.

Who is GAWP® for?

Novelists, short-story writers, poets, screenwriters, journalists, playwrights, non-fiction authors and anyone interested in making their writing process visible.
